The Chameleon Recruiter™

The Chameleon Recruiter is a family of assessment tools that show you how to:

  • Spot winners and establish a reliable method of choosing salespeople
  • Pick the salesperson who best fits the present needs of the company
  • Reduce employee turnover and new training costs
  • Boost your sales

To complete the process of assessment, applicants complete two surveys, one which measures the attitudes that move them to action, and the second that assesses their natural sales style. If the results are positive and the candidate makes it through the rest of the hiring process, the third survey (Sales Strategy Index) should be completed prior to any training beginning.

The Sales Strategy Index helps to ensure sales personnel will handle each sales opportunity correctly and covers seven different steps in the sales process:

  • Prospecting
  • First impressions
  • Qualifying
  • Demonstration
  • Influence
  • Close
  • General

Benefits of the SSI include:

  • Coaching and mentoring that can be tailored to the needs of each salesperson
  • Measure pre and post training results, complementing all other sales training
  • Measures applicant’s strengths and weaknesses. Specific training needs can be identified and addressed quickly, allowing the salesperson to begin producing results far more quickly
